ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Location: Head Office in Haileybury

Full-time

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, office, human resources, or related role (ESSENTIAL)

Strong organizational, time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines (ESSENTIAL)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities (ESSENTIAL)

Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate, confidential employee records and personnel files (ESSENTIAL)

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, with experience preparing reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and administrative documents (ESSENTIAL)

Experience with recruitment, employee onboarding, or human resources administration (PREFERRED)

Experience managing organizational websites, social media platforms, job postings (including Indeed), promotional materials, and digital marketing initiatives (ESSENTIAL)

Experience working in a childcare, non-profit, or community-based organization (PREFERRED)

Bilingualism (English/French) (ESSENTIAL)

Location: Kerns & Elk Lake

Employment Type:  7 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Our Volunteer Program

Volunteers at Centre pour enfants Timiskaming Child Care provide a valuable service to our agency. The volunteers that assist our programs have varied backgrounds, experiences and education. Volunteers are accepted at our sites in Haileybury, Englehart and Kirkland Lake and at our programs and services throughout the district of Timiskaming. They work side by side with our staff to complement our team in order to provide the quality programs and services that our centres are known for!

Volunteering with Centre pour enfants Timiskaming Child Care provides opportunities for volunteers to share their skills and/or develop new ones.
